Where will the programme take you?
This apprenticeship lays the foundation for progression into more strategic L&D roles. You’ll gain the qualifications you need for careers progression or further development through the Level 5 L&D Consultant Business Partner Apprenticeship.
You may also choose to pursue further qualifications, including CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management.

Eligibility is set by individual employers, but typically includes:
Five GCSEs (including English and maths) or equivalent
OR
Relevant work experience
