The Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner Apprenticeship is designed for those looking to build a strong foundation for their career, and is ideal for roles including:

  • L&D Assistant

  • L&D Coordinator

  • HR Assistant (with L&D focus) 

Where will the programme take you?

This apprenticeship lays the foundation for progression into more strategic L&D roles. You’ll gain the qualifications you need for careers progression or further development through the Level 5 L&D Consultant Business Partner Apprenticeship.

You may also choose to pursue further qualifications, including CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management.

Who's eligible?

Eligibility is set by individual employers, but typically includes:

  • Five GCSEs (including English and maths) or equivalent

OR

  • Relevant work experience

To apply for this programme you should be employed in a relevant role.
